Meeting the Teacher Evening - 13th February 5pm to 7 pm

Learning : Writing L.I WALHT write a Recount.

The students are learning to write a Recount by following the Structure, use Time Words and  describing words  in their Recount. Please help them to practise at home.

L.I WALHT write a Narrative.

Reading: Students will come home with their reading books.

Please read with them. Reading every night will help them to be confident  readers.

Reading Activity: ing words, ed words, { prefixes and suffixes} 

Blends and ends, Digraphs  , Alliterations.

Maths: Number Knowledge

Build 10 & 20

Basic facts, forward and backward numbers, skip counting in 2's, 5's and 10's.

Write numbers from 1 - 100 { forward} & backwards 0 - 100}

Write numbers 1- 500 

Simple two digit additions and takeaways.

Please do fell free to come in and see our learning. I'm looking forward to meet every single parent at the, "Meet the teacher evening"  We are aiming for 100% attendance. Help us to reach 100%

Home work week 8!!

Hello parents & caregivers, Thanks for your support in sending your children to school everyday. It's good to see the students actively participating in their learning. We have been exploring new curriculum areas as well. Writing: Explanation writing Maths: Fractions Reading : using Sunshine online  R.E : Holy Spirit -- The Pentecost Please see that your child comes home and shares his/her learning with you. From this week  A1 students will be using devices in class and learning using Google class room. They are very excited and so am I. Can you please send in their google passwords long with them so it will be easy to get into straight away{ this message is for the students who were already using google class during lockdown} Thanks again for your support by sending in a can of food to reach out and help the people in our community during these difficult times. Hello parents & caregivers, Hope you all are doing well in your bubbles. As you all know that School reopens for Term 2 on the 15th of April that is Wednesday through online learning.  I have already sent in your student email mail with the password.
