Home work Week 6
Hello parents & caregivers,
A huge thanks to all the parents who have support us for the Samoan Language Week. It was a huge success as everyone got into the spirit of celebration.
A1 students learnt simple everyday phrases, counting in Samoan language, the Independence movement and the National Flag of Samoa. Some even tried to read Samoan Text. Well done to Israel Tony who is really working hard to read Samoan books.
Thanks to the parents who responded to the text message. A1 students were all ready to go to St.Anthony's for A & D Pod Mass.
As you all know it's getting close to A Pod's Speech Competitions. I have asked that every student in A1 participates in the Speech Competitions. They should be ready with a speech both in their own language as well as in English and present it to the class. The ones who do the best will get to go in the Finals. So hurry up!!
